Exchange & Refund policies

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange is allowed for:

    • Color changes

    • Defective or wrong item received

  • Delivery charges for exchange are paid by the customer, except in cases of wrong/defective items.

    • The wrong product was delivered.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • No refunds for size issues or change of mind (exchange can be requested instead).
