Refund & Return Policy

At Dezenza, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy across Pakistan.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition (same as delivered).

  • The product has all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

To start the return process, contact us with your Order Number and reason for return.


❌ Non-Eligible Returns

Returns/refunds will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.


🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will verify your request and share the return address.

  3. Send the product securely back to us.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.


💵 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)
